Hajj Immunization
All persons traveling to hajj have a meningitis immunization. The immunization must be no more than 3 years old and it must be received at least 10 days before traveling to hajj. In addition, we recommend vaccines for hepatitis A and B.
Flu and pneumonia vaccines for the plethora of coughs, colds and airborne illnesses at hajj. Typhoid vaccination and also Tetanus booster.

Who Should Get Vaccinated?
All children 6 months and older and all older adults:
All children from 6 months through 18 years of age.
Anyone 50 years of age or older.
Anyone who is at risk of complications from influenza, or more likely to require medical care.
Women who will be pregnant during influenza season.
